1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bharat Skills TV, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our platform or streaming services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account on Bharat Skills TV, you agree to the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information (such as your full name, valid email address, and mobile number).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property & License

The Service, including all video streams, course materials, graphics, branding logos, player interface designs, and code, is the exclusive property of Bharat Skills TV and its partner content creators. Under these Terms:

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view educational streams for non-commercial learning purposes.
• You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading (except through authorized offline client caches), redistributing, recording, or re-broadcasting any courseware.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Refund / Return Policy

Access to certain specialized playlists, masterclasses, and certified pathways requires an active subscription billed by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
• Currency: Prices are displayed in INR (₹) or supported international currencies (USD, EUR, AED).
• Refund & Return Policy: Refund requests are governed by our dedicated Refund & Return Policy. Eligible 7-day money-back guarantee requests can be submitted to refunds@bharatskillstv.in.

5. NSDC Certification & NSQF Alignment

Certificates issued through Bharat Skills TV represent verified completion of course hours aligned with National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) guidelines and partner state skill councils:

• Certificates are generated only upon achieving 100% video milestone progress and passing requisite module checks.
• Certificates are issued for educational validation and skill recognition; Bharat Skills TV does not guarantee direct employment or salary outcomes unless explicitly stated in a sponsored corporate apprenticeship program.

6. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent platform security. Furthermore, you have the right to terminate your account and request complete data deletion at any time via our Delete Account Page.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bharat Skills TV, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the streaming platform.

8. Governing Law & Corporate Entity

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The contracting entity for all platform services is INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).
