Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account deletion is completed:
- Your personal account information (Name, Email, Mobile Number, Smart TV sync keys) will be wiped.
- All course viewing progress, playlists, and watch histories will be permanently deleted.
- Any issued digital certificates (NSQF/NSDC partner certificates) associated with your profile will be invalidated.
- Active subscription tiers (Pro or Premium) will be terminated without refund eligibility.
