1. Subscription Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you purchase a Pro Scholar or Premium Specialization plan and are unsatisfied with the platform, you may request a 100% full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase date, provided you have watched less than 20% of the total course video content.
• Post 7-Day Window: Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a monetary refund, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You have complete control over your subscription plans:

• You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled renewal date through your profile account settings or by emailing support@bharatskillstv.in.
• Upon cancellation, no further charges will be billed to your payment method. You will retain full access to premium courses until the conclusion of your active billing period.

3. Return Policy for Digital Products & Certification Fees

Due to the immediate digital delivery of online video streams, downloadable resources, and government-aligned NSDC/NSQF certificates:

• Digital certificates once generated and issued in your verified account are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• In the event of duplicate billing or technical system errors resulting in accidental double payment, INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP will immediately issue a full 100% refund for the duplicate transaction.

4. Refund Processing Time & Payment Method

All approved refunds issued by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP are processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet):

• Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately from our gateway systems.
• Depending on your banking institution, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for refunded amounts to reflect in your bank account statement.
